Shredded Wheat Pancakes

3/4 Cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup crushed shredded whole wheat cereal biscuits
1 Tbsp baking powder
2 Tsp granulated sugar
1/4 Tsp salt
1 Egg, beaten
1 Cup skim milk
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
Vegetable cooking spray

Combine first 5 ingredients in medium bowl; make a well in center of mixture.

Combine egg, milk and oil; add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moistened.

For each pancake, pour 1/4 cup batter onto hot, oiled griddle or skillet.

Cook until each side is golden brown

YIELD: 8 pancakes (about 89 calories each)
