Easy Freezy Pumpkin Pie
1 cup cooked canned pumpkin
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 qt. vanilla ice cream
2 graham cracker pie crusts
Leave ice cream out to get soft. Mix pumpkin, brown sugar, salt and cinnamon in
a bowl. Stir in the ice cream. Mix everything until it gets creamy. Pour mixture
into 2 pie crusts. Try to put the same amount in each crusts.
Put the pies in the freezer for 3 hours.
