Frozen Peanut Butter Pie
1 chocolate crumb crust, chilled (not baked)
8-oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup sugar
1 cup peanut butter
2 tbsp. butter, melted and cooled
1 cup heavy cream
2 tbsp. vanilla
Glaze or syrup (optional)
Beat cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar, peanut butter, and butter and beat.
Whip heavy cream with vanilla. Fold the whipped cream into the peanut butter
mixture. Fill the crust and freeze for two hours. Glaze with a Chocolate Glaze
or a Caramel Glaze or drizzle chocolate syrup over the top.
