No Crust Apple Pie

4 cups apples sliced
1 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 cup skim milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup light biscuit mix

1/2 cup light biscuit mix
2 tablespoons chopped nuts
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon margarine

Combine apples, cinnamon and nutmeg and place in a sprayed deep-dish pie plate. Beat biscuit mix, sugar, eggs and milk til smooth. Pour over apples.

In a small bowl blend biscuit mix, chopped nuts, brown sugar and margarine till crumbly. Sprinkle on top of pie.

Bake at 350* for 1 hour or till knife in center comes out clean.
