Orange Strawberry Rhubarb Pie Recipe


Orange Strawberry Rhubarb Pie
3 1/2 cups rhubarb
2 1/2 cups strawberries
1 tablespoon orange rind
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup flour
2 cups sugar
Pastry for a 10 inch pie

Mix ingredients in a large bowl, then pour into a 10 inch pie shell. Put on a lattice top and bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
