Crockpot Blackbirds Pork Chops

6-8 Pork Chops
1/2 cup Flour
1 1/2 tsp. Dry Mustard
2 tbsp. Oil
1 can Chicken and Rice soup

Mix flour, salt, mustard, garlic powder. Dredge chops and brown in oil on stovetop. When browned, place in crock and top with soup.

Cook for 6-8 hrs. on LOW or 3 1/2 on HIGH.

Serves 6 to 8.
