5 lbs spareribs
1/4 cup chopped onions
2 cloves cnopped garlic
10 oz plum jam or jelly
1/3 cup soya sauce
1/4 cup dark or med corn syrup
2 tsp ground ginger
Cut ribs into serving size pieces, place in a pammed 9 x 13 in baking dish.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from
heat and pour over ribs. Cover and chill for 2 hours.
Bake ribs covered for 2 hours at 350° F. turning halfway through cooking.
