Honey Bourbon Ribs
1/2 cup brown mustard
1/2 cup bourbon
1/2 cup orange juice
1/2 cup molasses
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 small bottle barbecue sauce
1/4 cup cooking oil
1 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup cider vinegar
1/2 cup chili sauce
3 pounds pork spareribs
Braise ribs in water or beer for 1 hour. Cut when cool. Combine remaining
ingredients.
Dip ribs in sauce and bake for 40 minutes at 375.
Brush ribs with sauce once or twice during baking. |
