Orange Glazed Roasted Pork Loin
Roast in 350F. oven for 1 hour or until the internal temperature has reached 160F. Allow roast to rest at room temperature for 20 minutes before carving.
While the pork is resting, heat the additional marmalade mixture in a small saucepan. When the marmalade is simmering, turn off the heat and stir in the green onion.
Spoon this mixture over the pork once it is sliced.
