Blender Chocolate Mousse
6-oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
2 whole eggs
3 Tbs. very strong, hot coffee
1 or 2 Tbs. rum or orange-flavored liqueur
3/4 c. scalded milk
Put all ingredients in blender. Blend at High speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into 4 dessert cups and chill.
Makes 4 servings.
