Chocolate Yummy Rummy
12-oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate chips
6 eggs, separated
1/2 c. strong coffee
1/2 c. sugar
4 Tbs. rum
Heat coffee to boiling; add sugar to dissolve. Add chocolate chips.
When chips have completely melted, remove from heat and very gradually stir in
well-beaten egg yolks. Add rum.
When chocolate mixture is fairly cool, beat egg whites until stiff and fold into
the chocolate. Pour into individual dessert cups or bowls and refrigerate at
least 12 hours before serving. Top with whipped cream and/or nuts.
Serves 6 - 8.
