Autumn Ambrosia

2 quarts (12 to 16 apples) apples, cored, cut bite-size
1 quart plus 1 pint red plumsl, pitted, cut bite-size
1 pint celery, sliced
1 quart walnut pieces
1 pint dairy sour cream
1 pint yogurt, plain
1 cup brown sugar, light
2 tablespoons McCormick Vanilla Extract
6 ounces coconut, flaked, toasted

Combine apples, plums, celery, and walnuts in large bowl. Toss to mix.

Combine sour cream with remaining ingredients. Stir to mix well. Pour over fruit. Toss to mix well. Chill

YIELD: 24 servings, 3/4 cup each
