Beets a l'Orange

2 jar (16 oz.) tiny size whole beets

3 Tbsp. cornstarch

2 tsp. grated orange rind

2/3 cup orange juice

6 Tbsp. lemon juice

1/2 cup sugar

1/2 cup margarine or butter

Drain beets, reserving 1/2 cup liquid.

Dissolve cornstarch in reserved liquid. Add orange rind, orange juice, lemon juice and sugar. Cook, stirring until thickened and translucent.

Add beets and butter. Heat until warmed.
