Baked Lemon-Rosemary Chicken

50 pieces chicken parts - legs, thighs, breast halves

4 teaspoons McCormick Rosemary Leaves

6 tablespoons McCormick Lemon 'N Herb Seasoning

Put 25 pieces of chicken in each of two shallow full-size steam table pans.

Mix rosemary with Lemon 'N Herb Seasoning. Sprinkle over chicken.

Bake covered in 325F. oven 1 hour. If desired, finish under broiler.

YIELD: 25 servings, 2 pieces chicken each
