Macaroni and Cheese Melt butter in large saucepan; blend in flour. add milk slowly, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth; Cook for about 10 more minutes until mixture thickens. Add salt and 2/3 of the cheese. Combine sauce and macaroni; pour into two 8x11x2 baking dishes. sprinkle the remaining cheese on top and dot with additional butter. Bake at 375� F. for 20 to 30 minutes. Serves 16. |
