Pita Pizzas
1 #10 can tomato sauce or crushed tomatoes
3 10-oz, cans tomato paste
2 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tbsp. each: basil, oregano, and thyme
75 to 100 pieces pita bread
20to 30 cups chopped vegetables, green onion, bell pepper, mushrooms
Turn pita bread upside down so it looks like a saucer. Spread with
pizza sauce, then top liberally with chopped vegetables. Place on a
cookie sheet and bake at 375�F until the edges are lightly browned,
about 10 minutes.
Makes 75 to 100 pizzas
