Potato Casserole

12 medium potatoes, cooked and peeled

1/2 cup butter

2 pints sour cream

2 can cream of mushroom or celery or chicken soup

2/3 cup chopped onion

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Shred cooked potatoes.

Melt butter in saucepan. Add sour cream, soup, onions and cheese; stir until cheese is melted. Mix well with potatoes.

Put in greased 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish and sprinkle with paprika.

Bake at 350� F. for 45 minutes

Serves 10
