Seafood Pasta Salad
5 lbs. imitation crab
10 lbs. rotini pasta, cooked
4 cups diced celery
2 cups green onion, minced
1 cup red bell pepper, diced
1 cup green bell pepper, diced
8 cups mayonnaise
� cup dill pickle relish
2 tbsp. dried dill
� cup dijon mustard
2 tbsp. salt
1� tsp. pepper
Cook pasta in salted water, drain and rinse with cold water, drain
and cool.
Mix in crab, celery, onions and pepper. Mix well. Combine
mayonnaise, relish, mustard, salt and pepper. Mix into pasta crab
mixture.
