Preheat roaster to 350°F. Line insert pan with
aluminum foil, on bottom
Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken.
Place insert pan in roaster. Cover and bake for 50 minutes or until
chicken tests done. Serve
Yield: 12-16 servings.
Note: If you prefer white meat or dark meat, feel free to use just certain cuts of chicken. As long as the total weight is 8 pounds, the combination won't make a difference.
