Vanilla Fruit Salad

4 cans (20 ounces each) Pineapple chunks in juice
4 cans (8 ounces each) Pineapple chunks in juice
4 pkg (5.1 ounces each) Instant vanilla pudding mix
8 cans (15 ounces each) Mandarin oranges, drained
10 med Red apples, chopped

Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Add enough water to juice to make 6 cups.

Place pudding in a large bowl; stir in pineapple juice until thickened, about 4-6 minutes. Fold in pineapple, oranges and apples.

Pour about 8 cups each into four greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. pans. Chill.

Yield: 64 (1/2-cup) servings.
