Veggie Bake

1 (20 oz.) pkg. frozen cauliflower

1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen cut broccoli

1 (17 oz.) can cream style corn

1 (16 oz.) can whole kernel corn, drained

2 cups shredded Swiss cheese

1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed cream of celery soup

1 (3 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained

1-1/2 cups soft rye bread crumbs

2 T. butter, melted

Cook cauliflower and broccoli according to pkg. directions. Drain; cut any large pieces of cauliflower in half.

Combine corn, cheese and soup. Fold in cooked veggies, and mushrooms.

Place in a 13 x 9 x 2" baking dish.

Mix bread crumbs and butter. Sprinkle on vegetable mixture.

Bake 375� 30-35 minutes.

Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Makes 10-12 servings
