Carrot Pineapple Bread
1 tsp. baking soda
3 cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
2 cups sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs, beaten
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
1 cup carrots, grated
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 325�F. Grease well 2 (9x5x3-in.) loaf pans.
In large bowl, sift together first 5 ingredients. Mix in the remaining
ingredients. Pour into pans.
Bake 1 hour. |
