Lemon Pecan Bread Cream sugar & butter until fluffy, add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon extract. Sift flour, baking powder & salt together, add to egg mixture, stirring until blended. Add pecans, raisins & lemon peel, pour into greased loaf pan. Bake for 10 mins. Lower temp. to 350 F. Bake for 1 hr. longer. Serves 8 |
