Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a 8x4-in. loaf pan.

walnuts. Add to egg mixture, stirring to moisten. Spoon into prepared pan.
Arrange pear slices on top and sprinkle with 1/4 cup walnuts.
Bake 50-60 minutes or until tester comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before
removing from pan.
Serve with maple walnut butter.
