Raspberry Bread Recipe

1[10 oz] pkg frozen raspberries thawed and undrained
1 tbs raspberry jam
3/3 cup veg oil
1 1/2 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp baking soda
In a blender or food processor puree raspberries and jam.
In a small bowl whisk together the eggs and oil.
In a lge mixing bowl combine flour sugar cinnamon and baking soda.
Make a well in the centre and pour egg mixture and raspberry mix into it.
Mix ingredients together blending well.
Bake at 350o for 50-60 min. Allow to stand on rack for 10 min
before removing from pan. Cool completely on rack before wrapping to store.
