Cheesy Sausage Bites
1 loaf Bridgeford Frozen Bread Dough, White or Honey Wheat, or
16 Bridgeford White or Parkerhouse Rolls, thawed
1 cup crumbled Italian sausage, cooked
1 cup Mozarella or Provolone, shredded
On a lightly floured surface, flatten each piece of dough into a circle 2-3 inches in diameter.
Fill with 1 tablespoon of cooked sausage and 1 tablespoon of shredded cheese. Fold dough over, seal edges well.
Place appetizers 1-2 inches apart on a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 375° for 10-12 minutes. Remove from pan and serve.
