 Ham Balls Recipe

   

Ham Balls

1 lb. fully cooked ham, finely ground
1 lb. ground pork
1 C. milk
1 C. crushed cornflakes
1 egg lightly beaten
1/4 C. packed brown sugar
1 T. ground mustard
1/2 tsp. salt

Glaze:
1 C. packed brown sugar
1/4 C. vinegar
1 T. ground mustard

In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients. Blend just till mixed.

Shape into 1" balls and place in a single layer in a greased 15 x 10 inch baking pan.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine glaze ingredients; cook and stir till sugar is dissolved.

Spoon over ham balls, cover and bake at 350� for 15-20 minutes.

Uncover and bake 15-20 minutes more or till ham balls are beginning to brown.

Gently toss in glaze and serve warm.

Makes about 8 dozen
