Quick, Easy -N- Fast Recipes Fruit Cocktail Cake Recipe

2 eggs
1/3 C. evaporated milk
1 1/2 C. sugar
1/4 t. salt
2 t. baking soda
2 C. flour
1 can (16 oz.) fruit cocktail, undrained
vegetable oil spray

Preheat oven to 350�F. Spray 12-cup bundt pan with vegetable oil spray.

In a large bowl, beat together all ingredients but vegetable oil spray. Pour batter into pan and bake 30 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and cool 10 minutes in pan. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack.

Makes about 12 servings.
