Ice Cream Cake

24 Ice cream sandwiches
2 large jars hot fudge sauce
2 large containers Cool Whip

Line 12 of the ice cream sandwiches in the bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2 pan.  Spread with hot fudge sauce. Spread top of hot fudge with Cool Whip. Repeat layers. Freeze.
