Four Cheese Chicken Alfredo
1 pkg. (10 oz.) DI GIORNO Four Cheese Alfredo Sauce
1-1/4 cups milk
1 pkg. (9 oz.) DI GIORNO Fettuccine
2 Tbsp. KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
5 small boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1-1/4 lb.)
1 cup KRAFT Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
HEAT oven to 400�F. Mix Alfredo sauce and milk in medium saucepan;
bring just to a boil on medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.
Meanwhile, mix Parmesan cheese, parsley and garlic in small bowl.
SPRAY 13x9-inch baking dish with no stick cooking spray. Separate
fettuccine noodles; place in prepared dish. Pour Alfredo sauce
mixture over noodles; press noodles into sauce to completely coat
noodles with sauce. Top with chicken; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
mixture and the mozzarella cheese.
BAKE 30 minutes or until chicken is cooked through. Let stand 5
minutes before serving.
Optional: Add 1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas or chopped broccoli,
thawed, with the noodles.
Makes: 4-6 servings
