Mexican Chiquitos Cheese Dip
1 tablespoon flour
1/2 stick butter
1 1/2 teaspoons chili powder (or more)
1 teaspoon ground cumin (or more)
1 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce, or more
cayenne pepper to taste
1 pound Velveeta cheese
1 cup milk
Can do in the microwave, but you can use a double boiler if you
want. Melt the butter and flour together first, then add all the
other ingredients and cook until smooth. (cube the Velveeta first). |
