Gourmet Shrimp Spread
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
2 cans shrimp, rinse and drain
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Combine all and mix on medium speed until well mixed. Chill until
ready to serve. Serve with crackers or sourdough bread.
