Baked Lemon Haddock Recipe
Baked Lemon Haddock 2 pounds haddock fillets 1 cup seasoned dry bread crumbs 1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted 2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes 2 teaspoons grated lemon peel 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Combine remaining ingredients. Sprinkle over fish. Bake at 350� for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Serves 6 |
