Crab Au Gratin
1 stick of butter
1 bunch of green onions-chopped
2 Tbl. flour
1 can evaporated milk
1/2 lb. Swiss Cheese (five slices)
4 Tbl. Dry white wine
1 lb. crab meat
Saut� green onions in butter until soft. Add flour and blend
together. Gradually stir in milk, and cook until smooth.
Add the cheese, wine, and salt and pepper to taste
Fold in crabmeat very gently. |
