Feta Stuffed Tuna Steaks

1 (8 oz) pkg Feta cheese
2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
2 tbsp chopped fresh oregano leaves
2 tbsp finely chopped onion
1/8 tsp pepper
4 (about 8 oz each) tuna steaks
1/2 cup dry white wine OR water

Prepare grill placing coals to one side, heat until coals are ash white. Place sheets of aluminum foil opposite coals.

Meanwhile, in small bowl combine Feta cheese, 1 tablespoon dill, 1 tablespoon oregano, onion and pepper.

Using fork break up cheese and combine well.

Cut a pocket in each tuna steak. Stuff each pocket with about 1/2 cup of the cheese mixture.

In small bowl combine remaining dill and oregano. Rub over both sides of tuna steaks.
Place steaks into 9 x 13 inch pan and place wine into pan.

Cover with aluminum foil.

Place pan on aluminum foil on grill.

Grill until tuna flakes with a fork about 25 - 30 minutes.
