Quick, Easy -N- Fast Fettuccini and Shrimp Recipe
1 lb. shrimp
1 package fresh fettuccini egg noodles
1/2 C. butter
1 C. heavy cream
salt
freshly ground pepper
1/2 C. fresh parmesan cheese grated
Cook fettuccini noodles in a pan of a boiling water. Cook to ala dente according
to package directions. Drain and rinse well.
In a large saute pan, add 1/2 of the butter and melt it. Add the shrimp, cook
for 2 minutes. Add the cream and the remaining butter. Bring to a boil and cook
for 3 minutes. Add pasta and toss. Top with parmesan cheese and serve.
