Greek Red Snapper Recipe


Greek Red Snapper
3 Large Snappers, Cleaned And Scaled, Heads On Or Off
1/2 C. Oil
1 T. Oregano
1 T. Salt
4 Lemons, Juice Of
1 Tsp. Pepper
4 Garlic Cloves, Crushed
Dash Of Paprika
2 T. Butter Or Margarine

Place each fish in foil and broil for 5 minutes, then turn.

Cook another 3 minutes.

In a bowl mix all ingredients. Brush fish every 3 minutes, or until done, approximately 30-35 minutes.

Take out and sprinkle with lemon juice.
