Halibut Florentine Recipe

   

Halibut Florentine

1 10-oz pkg chopped spinach
2 lbs halibut
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup mayonnaise or sour cream
1/2 tsp mustard
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp basil
2 Tbsp parsley
1 cup cheese, grated

Spread thawed spinach on bottom of buttered casserole dish.

Flake the raw halibut and spread on top of spinach.

Blend all remaining ingredients except cheese and spread on top of fish.

Top if off with the cheese.

Bake at 350 30 minutes or until cheese bubbles.
