Quick, Easy -N- Fast Shrimp and Crabmeat Casserole Recipe

1/2 lb. macaroni
1 T. salt
1 T. oil
6 T. butter
1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms sliced
1 C. light cream
1 can (10 oz.) cream of mushroom soup
1 C. grated cheddar cheese
1 lb. cooked shrimp, shelled and deveined
1 C. crabmeat
1 C. breadcrumbs

Add the salt and oil to 3 quarts boiling water. Add the macaroni and cook until ala dente. Drain and toss with 4 tablespoons of the butter.

Saute the mushrooms with 2 tablespoons of the butter for about 5 minutes. Add the cream, mushroom soup and cheddar cheese and cook until it is blended. Add the macaroni, shrimp and crabmeat.

Pour into a buttered casserole dish. Top with the bread crumbs. Bake at 350�F. for 30 minutes.
