Quick, Easy -N- Fast Cheeseburger Mac Recipe
1 lb. ground beef
1 package (7-1/4 oz.) macaroni and cheese dinner
1/2 C. ketchup
1-2 T. prepared mustard
1/2 C. chopped tomato
2 T. chopped dill pickles
Prepare macaroni and cheese dinner according to package directions.
Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large nonstick skillet over medium heat 8-10 minutes or until beef is not pink, breaking up into 3/4-inch crumbles. Stir in ketchup and mustard; heat through.
Serve beef mixture over macaroni and cheese. Top with tomato and pickles.
Makes 4 servings.
