Quick, Easy -N- Fast Hungarian Pork Recipe

3 lbs. pork tenderloin
6 T. butter
3 large onions thinly sliced
3 - 4 T. paprika
3 T. caraway seed
2 C. canned tomatoes
1/2 C. red wine
1 C. sour cream
1 package spinach fettuccini

Melt butter in a large skillet. Slice tenderloin into thin slices and brown. Remove from pan and set aside. Add onions and slowly brown, about 15 minutes. Add spices, tomatoes and wine. Cover and cook for 30 minutes.

Cook fettuccini according to package directions. Rinse and drain well.

Add the tenderloin back to the pan and stir in the sour cream. Blend and heat thoroughly, but do not boil. Serve over fettuccini.
