Quick, Easy -N- Fast Italian Skillet Dinner

1 lb. ground beef
1 package spaghetti sauce mix
6 oz. tomato paste
1/2 C. chopped onion
1/2 C. green pepper chopped
2 C. ziti or elbow macaroni
2 1/2 C. water
shredded cheese

Brown ground beef and drain. Add tomato paste, water, seasoning mix, onions, green peppers and macaroni. Bring to a boil. Cover and simmer for 20 - 25 minutes. Top with shredded cheese.
