Quick, Easy -N- Fast Blueberry Gelatin Salad Recipe
2 3 oz. packages grape gelatin
2 C. boiling water
20 oz. crushed pineapple
1 can blueberry pie filling
Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until syrupy. Add pineapple and pie
filling. Pour into 2-quart bowl until set.
Topping:
8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 C. sour cream
1/2 C. sugar
chopped nuts
Beat all ingredients together until smooth. Spread over salad and garnish with
chopped nuts.
