Quick and Easy Sweet Salad Recipes


Fruit Bowl Supreme

1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges
2 cups angel flake coconut
8 1/4 ounces crushed pineapple
2 cups miniature marshmallows
8 ounces cool whip
1/2 cup milk

Drain oranges and pineapple. Combine all ingredients, mixing well. Chill about 1 hour. Serve as a dessert or as salad on crisp greens, if desired.

6 cups or 12 servings.

16 oz. can fruit cocktail may be substituted for mandarin oranges.
