Lee's Fruit Salad Recipe


Lee's Fruit Salad

2 eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
4 tablespoons sugar
1 dash salt
2 tablespoons margarine
1 cup diced apples
1 20 ounce can pineapple chunks, drained
1 11 ounce can mandarin oranges, drained
1 16 ounce can peaches, sliced and drained
1 cup halved grapes
1 cup chopped walnuts
1 cup whipped topping
2 cups mini marshmallows

Beat eggs. Add vinegar, lemon juice, sugar and salt. Cook until thick and smooth, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in butter. Cool mixture.

In serving dish, combine fruit and nuts.

Fold in chilled dressing and whipped topping, then serve.

Serves 10-12.
