Strawberry Salad
1 pint frozen strawberries, reserve juice
1 package vanilla pudding cook and serve (3 oz)
1 package tapioca pudding cook and serve
1 package strawberry jello
2 bananas, sliced
2 cups cool whip Lite
Pour strawberry juice and/or water into glass measure to make 2 cups
liquid. Add puddings and jello. Microwave on high for 5-6 minutes or
until mix thickens and boils. Stir once or twice while cooking;
cool. Add fruit and cool whip.
Yield: 8 servings.
