Strawberry Parfait Pie
1 Package of Frozen Strawberries
1 Package Lemon Jell-O
1 Package Strawberry Jell-O
1 Pint Vanilla ice Cream
Whipped Cream
Heat 1 1/4 Cup liquid from drained frozen strawberries plus 1-1/4
cup water to boil in 2 quart saucepan. Remove from heat and add
lemon and strawberry Jell-O. Stir until dissolved.
Add 1 pint vanilla ice cream cut into pieces to hot liquid. Stir
immediately until melted. Chill until mixture is thickened, but not
set, about 25 to 30 minutes.
Fold in well drained strawberries. Turn into cooled baked pie shell,
18 oz.
Chill about 30 minutes. Top with whipped cream. |
