Quick, Easy -N- Fast Chicken Burritos Recipe

3 C. cooked, cubed chicken breast
1 medium jar salsa
1 C. cooked brown rice (Use boil-in-bag rice for convenience)
2 avocados (in small chunks)
1/2 C. sour cream
1 small can drained black olives
3 T. canned green chilies
1 C. Cheddar cheese
10-12 large flour tortillas

Preheat oven to 350�F. Combine chicken and enough salsa to coat. Add remaining ingredients, except tortillas, and toss until blended well.

Spray an 8 x 11 inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Divide mix evenly among tortillas, roll and place in dish.

Spread salsa thinly over the entire top surface of the tortilla arrangement to add flavor and prevent drying without making them soggy.

Bake 15 minutes.
