Lazy Day Citrus Southwest Chicken

1 package McCormick� Grill Mates� Southwest Marinade

1/3 cup olive oil

juice of 1 orange

1 teaspoon grated orange peel

2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts

Combine first 4 ingredients in self-closing plastic bag. Add chicken. Close bag. Turn bag to coat chicken evenly. Refrigerate 30 minutes or longer for extra flavor.

Remove chicken from marinade. Grill or broil 5-7 minutes per side. Baste once with remaining marinade. Discard leftover marinade.

Makes 8 servings

Variation: May substitute chicken parts for boneless chicken breasts.
