Quick, Easy -N- Fast Trattoria-Style Rice Recipe

3 C. warm cooked rice
1/2 C. oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, drained and slivered
1/2 C. chopped green onions
1/2 C. pitted black olives, halved
3/4 C. crumbled feta cheese with garlic and herbs

In a large bowl, combine rice, tomatoes, onions, olives and feta. Serve warm.
